We gather to practice deep listening and the sacred art of repairing relations, ensuring our words remain honest and respectful. Â
Using the sharing circle as our teacher, we learn to remain present and safe even when conversations feel heavy, strengthening the web of support between coworkers and community. This is a space for continuous learning and growth, where we value the effort of the journey over the destination.Â
At the end, when you have completed this module you will receive a certificate of completion.
